Stanify provides an AI-powered social media engagement tool. Users understand and acknowledge that the service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate responses, which may not always be perfect or appropriate in all contexts.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify Stanify immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

AI-Generated Content and Liability

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Stanify uses AI to generate responses on behalf of users.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with the user's intent.
• Users are responsible for monitoring and moderating AI-generated content.
• Stanify is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from AI-generated content or use of our services.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold Stanify harmless from any claims arising from AI-generated content or use of our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stanify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use of the Service.

User Conduct & Restrictions

Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to:

• Posting or generating harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Engaging in spamming, harassment, or violating the rights of others.
• Attempting to exploit, disrupt, or misuse Stanify's systems or AI models.

Stanify reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or restrict access to our services if we detect excessive, improper, or disruptive usage patterns. This includes, but is not limited to, automated interactions, excessive data requests, or actions that negatively impact platform performance. Our Fair Usage Policy allows up to 150 responses per post. Exceeding this limit may result in throttling, temporary restrictions, or other necessary actions to maintain fairness and prevent abuse.

No Guarantees & AI Disclaimer

Stanify provides AI-generated content "as is" and makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users acknowledge that AI-generated responses may not always reflect factual correctness or be free from bias.

Social Media Account Risk Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that using Stanify's services to engage with social media platforms may carry risks, including but not limited to:

• Account suspension, restriction, or termination by social media platforms.
• Reduced reach or engagement due to platform policies.
• Unintended violations of third-party terms of service.

Stanify is not responsible for any actions taken against user accounts by social media platforms and does not guarantee compliance with third-party policies. Users agree to use the Service at their own risk.

Payment Terms

Users agree to pay all fees or charges to their account based on the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Users are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information.

Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Stanify reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Stanify reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Stanify website or the Service itself.

Changes to Terms

Stanify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted to our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
